My Story

I’m a freshman at Duke University, driven by a passion for public policy, innovation, and storytelling. I'm a thought leader, and professional speaker, and CEO. At 13, I started The Land of Can, a nonprofit where we produce children's books and other resources that empower kids to realize that more is possible when they define themselves by their strengths, rather than their deficits. That passion for problem-solving led me to entrepreneurship, where I’ve worked to develop innovative products that connect people and improve lives. Along the way, I’ve lobbied in D.C. for food allergy legislation, researched the intersection of childhood upbringing and political ideology, and worked closely with leaders across industries to understand what makes people, and ideas, thrive. As I continue my journey at Duke, I’m focused on finding the intersections between these fields, pushing boundaries, and creating tangible impact.
